The Stage description below will explain how a New Home is being build:

1. Sitting and Foundation. The lay of the land determines wether the home has a crawl space, a slab or a lower level. The foundation determines room locations, such as wether the owner's suite is on the main or upper level. Stage 1 is ideal time to fully customize your home!
2. Framing, Flooring and Walls. As the skeleton of your new home is being built, decisions about the location of windows, fireplaces, appliances and stairways are made.Walls are cut for specific window designs and fireplaces. Framing is constructed for customized ceilings (trey, coffered and vaulted) and arched room openings
3. Roofing, Waterproofing and Windows. Roofing material is installed to blend ith the home's architectural style and color. Windows are also installed and exterior walls are prepared for waterproffing material. Some electrical systems are also prepared at this time.
4. Exterior Features. Now you can see the character of the new home coming to life. brick or stone are usually used in the home's foundationand sometimes also used for the rest  of the home or cbined with other materials, including Hardyplak, Cedar shake and stucco. some interior work including final plumbing and wiring systems is also completed at this stage.
5. Interior Features. The interior details are added as the exterior nears completion. Hardwood, marble and tile floor is installed, along with kitchen cabinetts and counters. These materials are usually ordered in stage 4, bur stain and paint colors can change to customize the home's interior color palette.
6. Finishing Touches. Carpet and lighting fixtures are installed, while trim and hardware for fireplaces and cabinettry are placed. The landscape plan is also finalized and all trees shrubbery and accents are being planted. Just before closing you will tour the home to make a punch list of any details that need to be fine-tuned. After you approved the corrected punch list it will time to close.
