The Palisades is growing!
The Palisades on NC 49 near Lake Wylie has opened their second phase a year ahead of projections. Rhein Medall Communities, the developer of The Palisades, also aquired more land to expand the community from 1500 acres to 1700 or 1800 acres. When completed The Palisades will feature about 2500 homes rather than the originally planned 2000.
