Papa John's and Curves recently opened at the Shoppes at the Landing in Lake Wylie. There is talk with tenants about a hair salon, nail salon and a restaurant. In addition to the Shoppes, the development will include "The Club at Lake Wylie, a gated community of 25 detached patio homes with a small lake and fountain. The patio homes range from 2000 to 3000 square feet, price from $350,000 to $450,000.
