Palm Tree cove is a new lake community of S.C. 274 and Big Allison Creek near Lake Wylie. The community has 54 homes to be built on 46 acres. The builder is Oak Tree homes and four other approved builders. One waterfront home is available; the others are lakeside interior lots. Amenities include clubhouse, pool, and an interior boat storage that is gated and locked. Home sites are only a half a mile from the boat launch. The lots are quite large, .4 are to 1.25 with homes starting around 2500 sq ft. Ranch and 2 story homes will be available and owners can select their own floor plan. Prices start in the $400,000.
