My recent interview with the Charlotte Observer: How important are Amenities?
I was called by the Charlotte Observer last week and asked about how important are amenities to clients. In my opinion, 70% of buyers want some type of gathering place. Depending who you talk to, I found it is important for families to have a community pool, and to baby boomers a clubhouse with kitchen. Young single professionals who are on the move and traveling a lot don't care as much and they would rather join a fitness club. See Charlotte Observer.
