Crescent Resources plans to develop more than 2,300 acres around Lake Wylie in York County for residential, retail and office space. It would be one of the largest developments in the Charlotte area once they get the go ahead. The bonds were separated into two parts -- the first allocates $87 million to build two new elementary schools and one new middle school for the district.
